Dr. Renata Goncalves, a long-time Research Associate in the Hotamışlıgil Lab, has been given the 14th annual Armen H. Tasman Jr. Annual Award for her groundbreaking work on oxidative stress. This award highlights individuals pursuing novel areas of study in endocrinology and related research. Dr. Goncalves is the first non-faculty member to receive this award.
